We only qualify deals with a minimum 20% or 20% BMV. Given our pre-negotiated terms with vendors, most of our UK property transactions reach completion within 6 to 8 weeks, providing a swift turnaround for capital deployment.
What exit strategies are mandated for your opportunities?
Every acquisition is predicated on a 'dual-exit' protocol. We project a primary refinance path for institutional yield (LTV optimization) but also mandate a secondary disposal route at a minimum 20% margin-on-cost.
